Does anybody here with a LO3 run headers to cutouts...then through an optional exhaust? Would this be beneficial to 1/4 mile times or not? Any help would be great

ok....what differences in power do you notice with them open? Closed? i would guess more torque...less HP closed and the opposite when opened...what about noise...is it a great deal louder? thanks

a great deal louder. I am sure I get more power, but its hard to pick up on it since I havent been to the track. Its more fun to drive and it revs faster.

i have a cutout right before my muffler, and it made me about .3 faster in the 1/8 than when it was capped. did a little test and tune one night.

I tried that on my L03. sure for the track, yes it speeds you up a little, but not if your engine is stock. you need quite a few mods to see a difference. for street driving it makes hell, the noise is very annoying when open and your low end torque sucks ***. your car become a slow azz pig off the line and since the L03 has no revs by the time the increased air-flow makes a HP difference its time to shift. My advice = quality catback.
