Nitrous bottle blow down tube
Just wondering if anyone has fabbed a blow down tube for a nitrous bottle?
Moderators, please move to the Power adder forum if need be.
I have an external thread on the bottle.
Can I just use an -8an female end and braided fuel line?

exactly what i wanna do, use braided line to dressit up and run it straight down from where the rear seats would be into a hole in the floor pan.....how would one go about attaching it to the floor?

8AN X 8AN bulkhead.
or an 8AN X whatever size pipe.
you will need some flat washers to take up the slack if you are using an existing drain hole in the floor pan.
or you could just run hard tube, bend it up real nice and you wont need a clamp. it stays in place all by itself.
you can polish the aluminum tubing out pretty easy. can look like chrome, if you are into that.
good luck.

thats true, but i saw someone running the braided line for the blowdown and IMO it looked amazing. depending on how i build my rear seat delete and where i mount the n20 bottle i probably will drill my own hole.

So does anyone know if I have to get a pressure release valve and the braided line?
Or is it already on the bottle?

there IS a std pressure relief valve that comes on the bottle, but you have to buy a special one with the disc that has the 8AN male threads so you CAN run the blow down tube.
good luck.
