I had a local upholstery shop do it. I have done many aftermarket headliners in these cars and just can never get them to fit as good as factory. For this one we stripped the board. Made some minor repairs and then covered it and put it back in. Came out excellent!

Thx for getting back. So you reused original? Basically new glue? My liner is starting to get the sags and would love to do that and read more on you're recipe

Yep - re-used the original. They scrape the old one down. Fix the bad sections. I think they use fiberglass to fix it up. They they prep again, lay down fresh glue and new headliner material!

Thanks Neil. I totally agree. The time and market may not be right at the moment. The benefit to this one is that its a nice color combo and in very nice shape. It's almost 100% stock with low miles.
There are 88 people watching it on the auction right now and over 2000 views. While some may not be ready to pull the trigger. There is no mistaking the curiosity and potential interest about this car!
