What an Modified 89 RS worth?
I am not sure if this is the correct area to aske this, but I am goign to try anyways as I don't know where else to put it.
How much is an 89 RS worth that is in Emmaculate condition
Has about 110,000 miles, but
Has a new Aluminum Head 350 Short Block with Hot Cam, Eldebrock INtakk/Carb, Shorty Headers, cutom Y-pipe and 3" Flowmaster Exhaust. All Trimmed out and clean and repainted Engine bay
Plus great paint, 2"Cowl Hood, Tintes windows and 98 Trans am Chrome 5-spokes
Plus lowered 2" with a 4th gen rear axle swap with 3.73 gears and a rebuilt Transmission with a hurst shifter (automatic)
Spohn rear suspension compnents and poly front pieces.
Vacuum and A/F gagues on the A-piller, Grant Steering Wheel, Leather Seats out of a 98SS, replaced carpet and door panels still in good shape.
So... ballpark area what would this sale for?

Sweet ride.. Those TA wheels aren't that out of place on a third gen Camaro. You expect to see 5 spokes on a Camaro
Normally you never get back what you put into a car... Especially if it's non-stock stuff..... If the book value of a car is is $3000 and you spend $3000 putting in a new trick engine, you'll rarely get $6000.00 back.
It's tough figuring out a price because there is no 'Edmunds book value' for clean vehicles with lots of non stock parts.... For some reason, vehicle prices vary by region as well.. Also, you can easily get higher prices in some areas than you can in others...
I can't see the interior, but if it's as nice as the outside, I'd guess around $4000 to $5000... Ultimately the buyer is the one who decides what a car like this is worth. If you're not in a hurry to sell, ask $7000.. It won't hurt.. If nobody bites, then go down.

Four tops? Now that is just plain crazy! Have you check our classifieds to see what is selling there and the price? I can't buy a 120,000 IROC bone stock with all old components for $3000 and that would be with a 5.0. Thanks Kyle for posting the picture for me. Yes its my car my little brother posted for me. I just had a child and am looking for a large SUV for a cruising velicle I will consider a trade.....Man baby stuff is big!
Thanks for looking
