History / OriginalityGot a question about 1982-1992 Camaro or Firebird history? Have a question about original parts, options, RPO codes, when something was available, or how to document your car? Those questions, answers, and much more!
Just for fun I would like to see if there is a relationship to lack of RPO codes to just how many Race Series 3rd gen Camaro's that are out there.
Here's my question, who has the lowest total number of RPO codes and show us a picture of your codes for all to compare?
I advise to cover your vin so also please list your year..
91LS,
Do you still have a pic of the codes or the list?
I'd like to see some the early thirds rpo's especially on Z28's.. Thanks
Here is the SPID from my 84 Z28 with 53 RPO's. It was a neat car with no frills no A/C, tilt, tint, nothing just a V8 5 speed ground effects and a spioler.
I would love to have the RPO decal of my 85 iron duke, but it's missing. It has tilt mechanism for the steering column, automatic trans (makes the brutality of the 88 PS iron duke even more brutal ) and AR9 bucket seats. That's all the "extra orders" show on the invoice copy I got from PHS. No T-Tops, no power windows or mirrors, no A/C, no cruise control, no intermittent wipers, no hatch motor, no rear defroster, no rear wiper, no map pouch (added by PO), no rear spoiler (added D80 by PO), no power locks, 14" steel rims, no gauges (just idiot lights), no rear speakers (added by PO)... no nothing. Black exterior, tan interior.
PHS told me that there is no way to reproduce a lost RPO decal with the original RPO's if it got lost. Damn.
