I think its the original factory build sheet. The hole is from the where the passenger seat belt bolt was through it.. Pretty awesome find!!!
That is the build sheet but the edges suggest it's a copy of the original? Not that it really matters since the information is what's important.

It was pretty awesome to find this!! Ive had this car since 2002ish Sucks I cant read all the options though. It looks like it had tilt column that is not in it right now. That sheet was purposely put under the carpet and had the seatbelt bolt through it. Looks like it was a custom ordered car.

I'd betcha a Coke, that's just where the sheet landed when they threw the carpet in the car and started bolting in the interior. As far as the guys on the line were concerned, sheets like that were just so much refuse. Why walk to a garbage can to throw it away when you can just leave it in the car for someone to find decades later?
