ok guys my car was broken into and they busted some stuff up i need the whole top to a center console of a 82-84 bird the upper trim ring that goes around the main frame of it, the shifter plate and the radio bezel, i wouldnt mind buying a whole center console if you have it but has to be the 82-84 style... also i need door locks and hatch locks on a matching key, and im looking at tail lights right now but if it falls through i need the 82-84 style smoke tail lights thanks guys for whatever you can track down try to get ahold of me at wezeles@hotmail.com i check that the most..

nope and the insurance is being asses... nothing to crazy on stereo a pioneer head unit and a cheepo 175 dollar pop out 7.5 in dash monitor but they busted everything up trying to get this crap out... the center console seems to be a pain to track down and its what one year from being a classic now... im not going to convert it to newer style too much money and work into the car so far... but a brand new service order center console and radio bezel is over 200 bucks the smoke lights are almost impossibal to find i need the center for sure and maybe the passenger side i can slavage but the dirver side is ok... punk kids this happened twice last year but not to this level of damage just took the stuff and left.. the insurance told me less than 500 bucks in damage were im getting quoted on 900 to fix it by anyone else and sence i have insurance i dont see the reason i should have to fix it even if i do know how and can do it cheeper they just dont want to pay it... bastards..lol only reason to have insurance is to stay outta jail for not having it

Yeah, insurance is somewhat a joke, it's damned if you do and damned if you dont and either way they never want to pay

do you really have an iron duke? ive heard they exsisted but never acctually seen one..lol thought it was a myth to make mustang 4 banger owners feel better about themself... anyway anything you can track down for me would be great... the bad thing is i just had an 84 TA as a parts car just used it for ground fx and the turbo hood untill i got the cowl... it was half gone only thing left was the interior and some body parts of course that was stolen about 4 months ago..lol dont know why scrap metal maybe didnt care at the time figured someone else threw out my trash but right now that interior would have come in handy

I had one, I loved that car contrary to the dislike of most other board members. Let me find some pics and I will post them.

insuranc ies pretty muh useless, i wouldnt have it either if it were not illegal to not have it,

useless otherwise

yeah the console is only a three year one,

and only this one model, same with the camaros these three years, they are unique too, different shape from each other and from the 85-up stuff

my upper one has a busted apart spot but im going to epoxy it and it will be fine

its good to see at leastone person around here actually likes the 82 83 84 birds how they came off the line and wont swap to the later years junk,
i can guarantee that mine is remaining 82-4 factory stock correct, inside and out, physically

hope everyhing goes better asap, especially for a fellow early TG bird owner

man and i thought i had some bad thieves around here, sheesh

yeah you should kept all that stuff that only fits these three years

thats crappy :O

which gfx were you after the ones by the rear tires,
or the ones up under the front bumper cover?
ive been looking or a rear tire one for a while
an 84 t/a would be a really nice parts car

good luck

i could put david hasselhoff to shame thats for sure... KITT aint got nothing on me... i love the car picked it up last year from my buddys yard were it sat forever... it may not be all orginal but the interior and exterior are really nice for an older one i was suprised no rust just a little faded.. and ive dumped all kinds of money into this thing with a new 383 nitrous b&m shifter i could go on and on with the crap ive tossed into it... check out my homepage or on my garage here... ever see these trans am power valve covers before im trying to figure out were they came from

i got every thing tracked down and ordered but the shift plate itself... i have a B&M mega shifter in it now so the auto or manual will work cause it has to get cut out anyways... it needs to be from an 82-84 bird though...

thanks
