What's up guys I know this is along shot...I'm looking for the screen that displays the miles etc...on the GTA digital dash I picked up a GTA but that screen is broke....if anybody has one they can pArt with lmk a price shipped thanks. Even if i have to buy the whole thing thanks.

 

dont have the dash but i think it takes a different heater control , i think i have one if needed.

I have the heater control I believe I'm totally new to this stuff..all my dash gauges work just that one screen is cracked thats the one I need.

I have a complete digital dash assembly from an 87 GTA. A lot of it did not work due to burned and missing bulbs and a burn spot on the circuit cable. Have nit yet had the time to totaly check it out. It will be this weekend. If it is junk, you can have the parts you need for the shipping costs.

i know where one is that the car was destroyed in the april 27th tornados. whether not they would sell just that piece is another story. never hurts to ask

I need the same part so I feel your pain. My 87 GTA has the digital dash and works great but that dang odometer only stays lit about 3-5 minutes and goes out once the car is started. Is there a service that can fix this? There is a guy on eBay selling a complete digital dash setup for over 600.00. He states in his auction that they tested the dash and nothing worked so they sent it in to GM to be rebuilt. I wouldn't think GM would be into fixing an old dash like that?

 

Ok Guy's, I pushed you to the top of the list of things to do. Let me say first that I am sorry that you are plagued with such a sorry piece of electronics. I've got it lit up a best as possible without any sensors hooked up and a burned spot on the wiring ribbon where a bulb shorted out. What a POS assembly!

It's no wonder you people with the digital dashes have problems, way to many connections that corrode over time. Nothing to do but take it apart and GENTLY clean it up and hope for the best.
