I don't have any pics of my interior, but all I've done for weight reduction is remove the back seats. Stock gauge cluster was removed for a set of AutoMeters and I made a new console plate to fit the B&M shifter into. All the A/C ducting is removed but that weighs less than 10 lbs. at most. The rest of the interior is stock. My car weighs 3350 with me in it and 1/2 tank of gas and runs 11.60's.

if you're good, it'll look like stock, but lack the carpet padding, excessive structure, ect.. behind it.

if you're not going for that look, then it looks..... like everythings gone.

theres not alot to really talk about/show.

i'm sure that's thin stamped aluminum that looks like diamond plate. It's certainly not 1/4" steel or something. Might weigh 5 pounds total for all that sheet aluminum, the local hardware store sells them in large sheets the same way.

its aluminum.. its only laid over the stock dash.. only weighs like 2 pounds for all of it.. i'm gonna trash the whole dash.. stock section and all for a new custom dash.. solid aluminum sheet straight across.. clean and simple.. but thats later..

Yes, the aluminum checkerplate isnt very heavy. But if you were looking to take off every single pound you possibly could, i would look for an alternative to that.

with the roll cage, i had to relocate the upper mount for the factory belts.. on top of not having the little loops for the belts to go through that connect to the seat itself, the belts would rest right across my neck.. i ditched those for g-force 5 pt. harnesses and needed racing seats to use them.. so the power seats were trashed for some cheap racing seats..

I have removed the headliner, all interior trim, pulled the dash to remove the remains of the ac and any thing that didn't work or not nessary to run, i have not removed the back seat yet. Under hood, the ac box was removed by the previous owner. I have also changed to center line wheels to reduce rotating mass. when i got the car it weighed 3375 3/4 tank now 3195 with 1/4 ran a 12.93 @ 103
