Radio Console

Ok So Im Wondering, Has Anyone Modded the Radio/ Heat Control console so that it can fit a slide out touchscreen radio? and how would you move the heat controls so that you can still use em? i dont just want a touchscreen interface like a escalade, im looking more towards the ones that slide out get me?

Re: Radio Console

The single DIN, pop out, flip up stereo/nav units fit well. The tilt on the screen can be adjusted to not hit the dash and rattle. The screen can be temporarily tilted forward or retracted into the head unit to access the heater controls.

Re: Radio Console

Personal preference, but I think they are pretty slick. Can watch a movie in your car too, if you spend that much time in there...LOL. Good luck with your install.

thanks , I paid $250 for it back in February, has lots of features and was cheaper than getting my bose system repaired.
