Chrome or black?

I'm replacing my turn signal lever and just wondering which one I should get. Chrome or black, which one do you think looks better?

The chrome will fit well with all the other chrome on the car.

Re: Chrome or black?

I actually have a plastic chromed one in my car...it didn't last long and I'm replacing it with an all black lever. When I turn my wipers on- they stay on even after i turn the switch off...i have to shut the car down and re-start it to stop the wipers!!

To answer your question, either one since its barely noticeable anyways...

Re: Chrome or black?

If your not concerned about originality go with Chrome.I bought a new cheap chrome one to test my Cruise Control I wanted to make sure it was the switch and not something else. But I did replace it with a new Black one.

That's why I was wondering about chrome though, wondering if it's worth keeping it original because on my RPO sticker sheet it has a code for the chrome lever

Wow,didn't know that, my TA has no chrome whatsoever.
I stand corrected,I have a chrome Pontiac emblem on my headlight door.

They reuse RPO codes a lot. I very much doubt any of these cars ever got a chrome lever. If they did I dont know what GM was thinking. A chrome multifunction lever is best suited for a 69 Buick Riviera or a Ford Fairlane or something. Not a thirdgen.

Re: Chrome or black?

Re: Chrome or black?

I went with a chrome one, but TBH it depends on the rest of your interior. Got alot of stainless/chrome stuff or accents? Go with a chrome lever.

Got a stock looking interior with mostly black? Go with black.
