Hey guys, just bought this amazing 88 GTA with a digital dash.
One of the few problems are the dash appears to be sagging on the system check/information center.
Is this a common thing? Here is a picture, you can see it cuts off "SYSTEM" (I know its dirty, been too cold for a proper detail haha).

Is it sagging or does the display need to be adjusted? Mine always looked a little off too, but the previous owner did beat the hell out of the car lol!
I don't think it's "sagging", or at least without a picture of the whole dash or seeing it in person we can't tell for sure.. but if I had to guess it looks like it just needs adjusted.
Mine has done it from the day I drove it off the showroom floor! I had it in under warranty and they shimmed it up. But, after 26 years, I had to do it a few times.
So the rest of the dash (speedometer, tach, oil, fuel, temp) is fine.
But both odometer & information center are off, but it sounds like they just need to be adjusted? - I assume just unbolting that portion of the dash and moving it?

Correcto! Yes, it takes some fiddlin with, not to bad though
Finally had sometime to work on this issue.
(Bought a used dash pad on here & some new Pioneer speakers). I went to adjust the display and I really just didn't see where I could do it..
I also was looking at the dash piece that goes around it and it also appears to be a little warped on the top piece.
