Im looking to sell my 243 heads i bought but end gonna end up using them since ima be running a boosted lq
im asking $400 for them plus shipping or local pick up preferred

Since you're going boosted, do you need a nice set of 317's? I would be interested in a partial trade of my 317's plus some cash for your 243's if you are looking for some. Let me know.

Oh one other thing, why is one of the valves yellow? you say the valves were replaced, they weren't brand new valves though were they? they appear to be used in the pic.

I mentioned valve seals, they have no cracks, and as for the valve being yellow i dont know i havent tried cleaning so i dont know why its like that.

 

Ahh I misread that, I see that it says seals not valves. My mistake. When you get a pic of the casting number on the outer corners let me know, I'm interested in them for sure. Put me first in line.

I don't believe so. They're in good condition otherwise? (no stripped out spark plug holes, the bowls for the combustion chambers are all intact, etc.)

 

Yes they are i looked for all of that when i bought them since i was gonna go ls1 but decided to go bigger. Even taking a loss on these already.
