Finally - exhaust complete!
After a couple of false starts - trying to squeeze the car in between other jobs, bending machine going down when a slot was scheduled and only half the job getting done, deciding to replace the rear end before the exhaust was finished and the bending machine breaking again when taken back to finish it up - I actually picked it up Monday evening.
I'm pretty pleased with the results. Summary of the system: Hawks 1-3/4" to 2-1/2" long tubes ceramic coated, dual 2-1/2" Magnaflow spun cats, duals down driveshaft tunnel, over the axle to dual 2-1/2" Aero Exhaust Turbine mufflers, all mandrel bent. Tubing is just aluminized steel - didn't see the need for the extra expense of stainless. As it was driven off the lift, I tried to get video with my cell phone (not the greatest - I was trying to record and stay out of the way at the same time).

The tone is very throaty without being loud. When you get on it, though, it speaks with authority.
I'll try to get pics soon. The shop took a bunch, but I haven't gotten them yet. On Friday we'll see how it performs at the track vs. the previous runs with open headers (and 10-bolt rear), and dumps at the axle (the "half the job" system, with the 9" rear).

That looks very nice
doubt I could run my exhaust like that with my tq arm setup though......
ah well, I'll live with the droning for a while longer.....

Very nice.
Looking forward to some chassis side pics.
By the way, I like the silver/grey Sport Coupe. Looks familiar.

I can't wait to see the rest of the pics. That setup sounds very similar to how I hope to configure mine. Unfortunately, I don't think that there's an exhaust shop within a hundred miles of me with a mandrel bender.

That's about $2k worth of exhaust. I got the headers barely used for about half price, then had them coated. The cats & mufflers I got on-line and saved a couple hundred that way. The exhaust shop isn't cheap or quick, but they do good work.
I was hoping to get the car washed last night, but that didn't happen. Hope to have some side shots soon. I was hoping the mufflers would tuck up better, but the hitch limited the options there.
I need to adjust the suspension this evening, I should be able to get some pics then.

The more I look at it, the more I wish I would have gone with a torque arm and routed the exhaust accordingly. Might still do that. On Berlinetta #1 (LS1/4L60E), I will keep the torque arm and use the existing 3" single exhaust (at least for now). The Y-pipe should be fairly simple compared to this.

Looks good. Just curious, what are you running instead of a torque arm?

A ladder bar conversion set-up.

That's with the 10-bolt. It wasn't hooking all that well, so when I did the 9", I added LCARB's as well. That helped, but it pops the rear up kind of hard without enough front end lift to help weight transfer. Just driving around, it's fine, though. And, the one time I actually raced it, it was reasonably consistent run-to-run, even though it wasn't dead hooking at the hit.
