hey guys i was wondering if you might know if these Moroso LS Series Motor Mount Adapter Plates will work with my older style engine mounts? any info will help, thanks

I used a different brand, but same concept.
Only hitch is you can't use the LS1 AC compressor with them.

bolt holes aren't staggered they won't fit properly. You need ones like the car shop inc 1" setback plates

the non-setbacks work, you just gotta notch more outta the kmember. i used them on my 5.3L. however, if you havent bought anything yet, go with the 1" setbacks, it'll put your engine and trans where they belong.

cant i just set my holes back 1" ? that should do the same thing? i want everything to go just as it was in the beginning, thanks guys for the help

if you buy the right ones the first time, you dont have to mod. if you're going to buy the plates, get the 1" setback ones and be done.

I hear ya, but I love to fabricate and weld so makeing my own would just be fun, but you are right, if i was to buy them, get the right ones the first time, im looking for measurements and info to make it a little easier. thanks

if that's the case, i know i've seen dimensions somewhere over on 'tech for building your own swap plates. just can't seem to find them at the moment.....
