that was quick, it took me like 2 hours to notice, but I never knew gm made these or did they????

I saw a really nice black 2nd gen that was right hand drive when I was in Perth, Western Australia in 89, I think someone did a very nice conversion on it.

I dont think GM did these, so the ones exported to different countries had to have a conversion done.

Some countries (like Austrailia) make it law that cars being imported must be converted to right hand drive (for certain years). There are several companies that specialize in this conversion and make it look factory.

Cause the gas tank fill is on the left side. Thats how I know it isnt fake.
