Need to find a new gas station!

Today I needed to get gas and wound up driving around all over town for like an hour just looking aorund for it. Many places are way too expensive, and other places only have regular grade gas, or don't have any gas at all. The cheapest one closeby to me is a free-state which is 2.50 a gallon, and i didn't even check to see if they had any gas because i thought i could find it for cheaper elsewhere. I might have to get rid of the car soon if this keeps up

Consider yourself lucky at $2.50/gallon -- I just paid $3.69 for mid-grade in Damascus, not ten miles away from Rockville.

It's called price gouging ******. I did a side job today, and the gentleman I did it for watched the gas station across the street from his business in annapolis change their price 3X's during an 8 hour periond yesterday!! Didn't get a new shipment of gas, just wanted to **** the consumer and make a buck!! I've seen 30-50 cent/gallon variance in price on my 23 mile ride home from work friday. Greedy bastards!!

i have parked the iroc due to it's crappy gas mileage and all the trouble it's givin me lately.

i have four vehicles all with v8 engines . i fell your pain. i got a loaner car to use to beat the gas crunch. i borrowed the 3.1 v6 rs camaro i'm tryin to sell for my brother. it is great on fuel.

Don't you just hate the gas stations.. that is pretty common practice.. they have a full tank of fuel.. they buy for 2.00 and sell for 3.00 then an hour later jump it to 3.05 then 3.25 then 3.30 and finally to 3.50. so over the course of a day. they have really gouged the people at the end of the day compared at the biggining for the exact same gas.. I watch it happen all the time here..

i drove to school one day, and on the way there the cheapest gas station decided to be the most expensive gas station. so, at 11 o clock it was 2.99 for premium and at 130 it was 3.51. i was like . good thing i drive my car like its the most precious thing in the world. i get about 16 miles a gallon on my built zz1 350 with 3.73's. nobody believes me, but its true, and i can still hit the 12's.

Heck I remember when gas was $1.00 and i am only 25.. I think it happened late 80's early 90's...... that was right before half of the oil refineries quit producing. now they are still out there collecting dust not doing a thing... (374 oil refiniers in 1985 vs 173 oil refineries now) Makes you wonder why those other ones are sitting there not doing a thing and the government keeps telling us now "it's not a shortage of oil, but a shortage of gas production"
