Re: Wheres the old timers?
Hey I guess I am one of the old guys. Mike here from Dover with the Burgundy Z. Another day above ground is always good, lol.
Been looking at a possible G8 addition to the clan. Might let the daughter drive the Grand Prix and I will need a car. My son and I did the Driving day over at New Jersey Motorsports Complex, him in his SVT Contour and me in the Z. It was somewhat controlled but I saw 110 or so down the front straight, which was a blast. Recommend it to everyone. No new mods as of late, maybe a AFR head swap in the future. Anyone want a set of Vette L98 Alloy heads, 113 casting, complete with Manley valves, stock size, and some port work. Currently on my motor and it pulls about 310 at the wheels. Anyway take care and everyone have a great X-mas
Mike

Guess I qualify. Joined in 99 but I only have 4 posts. Mostly I read what others have written. The GTA still pretty much lives in the garage under the cover. Up to 38K miles now. Hard to find time to take it out here lately. Maybe I'll do better when the weather gets nice again.

Still lurking here a bit. My '88 T/A got hit last year and totalled, still have the '90 that I race. I'm not into the swaps, resto and looks anymore so there isn't much here on TGO for me anymore.

Still kickin, little bored of the third gen scene. The '92 rest under a cover till i get some real money to throw at it and build it right the way i want it.
