Well, it looks like we should have another meeting sometime soon. Since we had a good turnout at utica with some northern members I think we should maybe find a new location. Any one have any ideas or when we should have the next meeting?

 

I don't know Mike it seems like everyone has stopped tryin'.I don't really care were the next meet is as long as there is a next one and soon !!! How about plannin' for late july or early august??

There is a car show that is featuring the F Body in Henry, IL this sunday. If I'm not mistaken that's in the Peoria area??? I know I'm going to be at the show. Just a thought.

 

but that really isn't enough time to get a bunch of people to meet there. the last meeting that we had gave people a few weeks notice and that wasn't even enough time to get more then a handfull of people to attend

 

Yeah, I was planning on entering my Camaro in the show. So look for the Camaro with the worst paint job and a rough idle!

 

I'm ready to get together again. We had to leave early at the last one and didn't get to meet everyone. I was hoping that Vic was going to organize something for 8/25 in Amboy but I haven't seen anything yet.

I hope someone sets something up soon before it's too late. Something in early to mid August would be good. Before the summer is gone. Then we can plan another in September before it gets cold.

tomorrow I'll send him a pm, I'm working overtime now, so all I do is work, eat, sleep, and spend 15-20 minutes on the internet everymorning

 

I would like to do a couple more things before I sell my Camaro so lets see. Sundays are usually good for most. Maybe in 2-3 weeks meeting somewhere?

 

If we can get a date set and some detail, we can make up a flyer that we can all print out and stick under the wipers of any 3rd gens we see. That might be a way to get a BIG turnout.

The weekend of the 25th, there are a couple of options. The Depot Days in Amboy or there is also Corn Fest in DeKalb. Let's decide which one and get the word out.

 

I was thinking that flyer thing too. Does everyone want to do that meeting at Chris's house?
