Ok I live in Kenosha and we have as many GTG's every summer as possible. I'm trying to find some more local guys(and gals) that can come out with us.
I have a digital SLR camara and a very nice camcorder as well as some very nice video editing software so we can do it all.
Just post up if you're in the area and would like to start meeting up next spring. I'll be contacting all of you when it warms up again so we can start hanging out.

BTW I don't care what year, engine, trim, etc... you have. All FBodies are more than welcome.

Well, I've shown up for one last year, but being the old guy in the crowd I just feel I'm a bit out of place. Some very nice cars were there the time I went though.

-That's why I parked in the back....I got the feeling you guys were expecting 'show quality" cars to show up. Not many 3rd gens around fit that desciption. After all, even the newest third gen is gettin to be over 14 years old! -And I have an "old" one from '83!

No, you're more than welcome back. By no means does your car have to be show quality. We just want to make new friends and hang out and talk FBodies.
Even if you don't own an FBody but still want to come out with us that's fine.

Most GTG's will be medium sized with a couple larger ones planned throughout the summer.
I'm working on getting a very large one in early spring so everyone can meet each other.

I have no idea what drag strip kanakaakae is? Is it WI or IL?

Nevermind about that dragstrip. I was think Kenosha was on the other side of Fond du Lac. GLD is much closer. I am still 2 hours away though. Keep us posted. -Nick.

I'm everywhere

I'm looking forward to next summer. That's why I'm trying to get as many local people as possible ready for it so we can have some large GTG's.

Yeah good to hear from you.

I thought you were selling it but I guess not.

I heard you work at GLD now. I will be taping friend's running out there and was wondering if I'd be allowed up to the burnout box with my camcorder.

Yeah I was gonna sell the GTA but I decided I really wanted to keep it. I only work out there like one day a week and for the special events. Everyone else brings the people with them up to the burnout box so it shouldn't be a problem at all.

Ok I just didn't want to **** anyone off. Thanks for the info.

I guess I'll see you next year when we start our GTG's again.
