it has the pace car colors but no decals i was assuming it is a pace car. i thought it was rare i bouhgt it the first time i found it. but now i am getting rid of alot of thirdgen stuff

 

Actually Johnny Lightning put out 2 different cars.
1 with the paint job and stripes and one with the actuall decals and lights on the roof.
