My iroc won't be down for breakfast.
Not by march at least. Few things came up. First of all, I am moving into an apartment as of January first. It's kinda cool though, two bedroom and two bath, in El Dorado Hills, so it is a step up from where I am now. I have a few bills I owe to the county I think I want to take care of with my income tax check, so we will have to wait and see how much I have leftover, I think when I have the iroc running, I want to have a valid license and not be taking a huge risk anymore. With all the money I will have into it. I can't chance it.
We will see what happens, It will run soon enough surely.
I did just buy spacers for the wheels and an accel DFI kit so I am still, always, spending cash on the car.

This is what my chevelle will do to your parked IROC, running IROC, and any other combonations of adjectives and IROC. You sound so grown up and mature and that having your licence will save you a lot of trouble. It also gives you time to build it right like maybe doing body work.

One of the more mature decisions I've read ya make, good stuff.
You've got plenty of time to do the IROC as you please.
Congrats on moving up living situation wise, all growns up now.
Why did you decide on DFI?

DFI, Tired of swapping the prom back and fourth, even if I could go with the adapter like you and tune on the fly, I am still stuck with hacking the ecm for boost, Also, I think I would prefer an ECM that doesnt have smog crap coded into it.
Not to mention the new wire harness is probably of better condition and whatnot, and I can make for a much cleaner engine bay, as you should know that is my one nitpic about the car.

mmm first appartment?
My experience living in an appartment:
- Neighbors are close to you, they suck.
- Homeowners associations are ***** and they suck.
- Bills suck in general.
- Rent really sucks.
- Top Ramen looks pretty good after all!
Are you renting alone or with someone else? Good luck!

Much cheaper than here.. my 1 bedroom, 1 bath in a good neighborhood/location costs $950. And it's a good deal.
