Having a blast over here as you can see
Green one is getting raped for it's straight front clip.
Time to start saving for a paint job!

Re: Holy thirdgen, batman!
Coming along. I got a case of ground beef hands after 2 straight full days of this.

I would, but I need to keep this car whole so I can sell it when I'm done with it. You can buy the whole thing after I put my mediocre red body panels back on it though if you really want
Theres really nothing wrong with the car except the fact that it just lost it's quality body and it has a 3.1 with 200k miles. It has some suspension upgrades too and a nice set of 4th gen seats. A bit rough around the edges.
Unless you can throw in some wheels with good tires so I can still drive it?

Wow, and I thought I would have a hard time getting rid of this thing
settle down ya'll
I'm not quite ready to off it. I'll post up when I'm ready and give first dibs to those who have already expressed interest

If I got you a set of wheels and tires, how much would you want for the rims? What size are they?

Re: Holy thirdgen, batman!
I'm gonna have to go back on my previous comments, sorry man but I've decided the wheels as well as everything else stay with the car. I'll be ready to sell it pretty soon.

Re: Holy thirdgen, batman!
Still have it. Just got all the red panels put back on it this last weekend. This next weekend I'm gonna smog it so I can put it in my name and register it. As soon as the pink comes in the mail I'll put it up for sale.
As of right now I still have the previous owner's pink with all his release of liability signatures and whatnot. The DMV would not let me put it in my own name without a smog, and they wouldn't let me non-op it until reg is up in Feb 09 and I am not gonna hang onto this car until Feb.
It's in good enough mechanical condition to be a daily driver as is, but certainly needs some work.

Re: Holy thirdgen, batman!
$1500 obo, runs and drives, good tires, good brakes, ZERO curb rash on the wheels which are perfect and would look amazing with little polish (somebody painted the lug nuts green but 99% of it has chipped off), weld in SFCs, BMR panhard, very nice set of 4th gen 30th anniv. cloth seats (power driver). Has a bit of an engine knock and what sounds like an exhaust leak when it's cold. No headliner.
Haven't had the time to get it out of this "split title" nonsense with the previous owner (since I bought it w/o a smog cert) so as of right now I'm gonna sell it the same way. I'd be happy to go to the local DMV with you to see about transferring in these scenarios. If you have a real problem with this let me know
I would really like to get rid of this thing, I'm gonna throw it on craigslist soon if nobody wants it here. 2 People expressed interest already so I will wait to hear from them first.

Man, throw a quickie paint job on it and I bet it moves quick for a chunk more change. Interior looks great!
