Based on Lack of feedback I've decided to base it on a date thats nearly 1 month in advance.

I'm going to set the Volo meet for August 16th, afterwords I've arranged for us to hang at my dads place about 15 minutes north of Volo. LOTS of parking. Food will have to come by way of pizza as we don't have much to cook with there. Also if the night gets too long and people don't wanna make the long drive back you are welcome to stay the night.
