Besides, my coworker who OWNS a 10.5 car agreed!
Oh, and as a side note, that same car was featured this weekend on Spike or the Speed channel, can't remember which. They briefly talked to the owner, who explained the difficulties of hooking up on a "small 10 and a half inch tire".
A 29.5 10.5W tire on a 12" wheel has a section width around 14.5-15.0", and a tread width around 12.5" Look at the video again...
