That will allow you to retain the factory door panels? I don't care about swing outs, but I don't want to loose my arm rests.

I want something that I can weld in myself. Not have a shop fab up. I'm a cheap bastard.

This is the S&W race car setup as installed by me. This is their "door panel option". They also have a rear seat retain option, which I also bought.
Works like a charm, no sissy swingouts

That looks good. Ya, I don't want to pay for swing outs either. I was wondering how much the S&W kit costs opposed to the Jeg's cages. They have 8 point roll bars for $150. It's hard to beat that.

Bolt in is an option, but I need something to pass tech. And the 4 point won't cut it.

sorry, i take it you are running 11.49 or close? lemme see the combo details! Hmm, I'm not sure on the bolt on rules, but i prematurely did my autopower 4 years ago and haven't needed to add the extra 2 bars yet.

i do not believe so either, buuuuut, a bolt in bar is quite a bit easier to weld in than a weld in bar. plus, what are they going to do, pull the carpet up on a car that barely gets 11s? doubtful.

well, most bolt in kits also bolt together at the joints. and the autopower goes to the wheel wells, instead of over the shocks like it should in order to properly tie the car together. this is not a legal deal, but rather a suspension geometery deal.
