hey jester do you have any pics of your setup?

i have been looking for some pics.

you have a twin turbo setup, right?

if so, how do those s-10 headers fit with the turbos on the end of them?

i am considering on fabricating my own, but screw that if those headman headers fit and work.

Thanks for the link. Wow Jester, that's impressive. Any specific reason for mounting the turbos the way you did? THe one on the driver side mounted down, while the one on the passenger side is mounted forward? Just curious if you had any problems with the oil return lines? I still have to take my turbos apart and spin em all around so I can get the drain hole on the bottom, and point the compressor the way i want it to, but i just hope i don't break any bolts on the housings.

You mounted the radiator forward, good thinking! I was going to get a smaller radiator, but decided to get different fans to mount in front of mine, i know a bad cooling system can kill a thirdgen, so i didn't want to go any smaller than the radiator now.

What belt are you using? You took out the ac, and don't even have a delete pulley, which is kind of strange, but looks good to me.

Good work man, where are you located at? i'd love to see this setup in person.

IIRC Jester was chasing a smoking problem with the turbo's. I remember he was attempting to make a pump to help the flow back to the oil pain, but I'm not sure how that worked out.

Did he run a shorter belt to have his alternator in the smog pump location, and without the A/C compressor?

Most likely. On my setup using the serpentine power steering pump and the alternator by itself (sitting in about the same spot as the tensioner) it needed about a 60in belt.

Thanks. I got this done this past weekend. It took a 77 inch belt. I had a 96 on there.

Whoops...sorry for taking so long to reply guys. I didn't see this post till just now.

Alot of the pics on that site are outdated. I've changed alot on it, and I'll be changing alot more in the very near future so I havn't bothered updating it.

I am having problems with the return lines, I think the placment of the drivers side is causing my smoking problem. I need to move that turbo over a little so I can get the line to clear properly...hopefully that will be the end of it. Either that or fab a drain tank closer to the turbo..havn't decided yet. I struck out for finding a pump that would work for any reasonable price. That means redoing alot of work either way but it's gotta be done.

I had to measure and get a different size belt yes..altho I can't remember now what size it was. the markings have worn off I think too.
