B4Ctom1 is this a place to ask questions? or is it just to BS about things? everyone here says do a search do a search, then thay should call it a search board. I do not know much on turbos so I am asking questions. so unless you have an answer please don't reply with do a search. I just want some info on how to go about building a turbo engine.

#1 dude lose the attitude.

#2 This question/subject has been beaten worse than Rodney King...the reason why "search" was used because most of your general questions have probably already been answered in numerous threads, there is SO much info to give that one person would have to type a novel in order to answer a lot of the questions, questions in which have already been answered

No one was being a dick, just telling you to search first, then ask questions that haven't been already answered

Theres a sticky with some turbo stuff.
is there a turbo kit I can buy
No, there isn't.
what kindove compression
Really depends on the amount of power you want to make. You can run low boost and higher compression, or lower compression and more boost. Higher boost is going to make more power, but theres costs with the lower copmpression.
what type of headers do you get
You're either going to need to find a set of turbo manifolds (ebay) or make your own.
And how much does it cost to build one
Really depends. If you're good you could probably do it for under a grand. It gets expensive quick.
Like everybody said, do a search. Thats all been gone over before.

I agree, read the sticky'd thread at the top of this forum and it should answer a lot of your questions. There is alot of time in the posts in that thread and they should do you well in answering your questions.

If they dont, then you can come back and ask more.
