Has anyone built a in intake intercooler before?
?? Looking for some reading material.
I'll probally have to fab this out of a old AC condensor or something. I have major clearance issues (only about 6 inches wide and 1 inches or less tall)
I know theres a tubular steel ac condensor under my house but last year i caught a copper head under there. (which was incredibily pissed off and tried hard to get me) I guess its time suck it up, go under there with a big stick, and get my future intercooler

I'd have to say if your going for something that small, take a look at some of the auto trans coolers in jegs / summit. The aluminum should transfer the heat much better.
