Anyone have a daily driver with power adders?
Who drives their blown, turbo'd or sprayed car daily?
Trying to decide what way to go on my dd. healthy high compression motor with big shot of nitrous, mild blower motor, mild turbo'd.
What are the drivabilty problems, concerns you have had with your set up?
I am thinking a single turbo like BBS kits, or a procharger, paxton or vortec set up. On a 350 TPI with low compression and appropriate cam,
Or TPI with 10.5:1 healthy cam and big spray shot.
Thoughts?

I used to drive my 91Z28 daily until the tranny blew (stock 700R4) so right now I'm getting it ready for a T56 swap. But previous to that I drove the car daily for over a year with no problems. Vortech S-Trim pushing 6psi on a stock L98 with 100+K miles. Soon as I get done with this T56 swap I'm gonna go back to driving it to work everyday.

My procharged Z28 is a daily driver. Only real problem is the intercooler blocks all airflow to the radiator(horrible design). I had to flip mine vertically and make it a front mount.

Used to be my daily driver but I got a truck now also. Usually switch between driving the car one week and the truck the next week, when both run right

I drive my 11.2@122 turbo formula as much as I can. I try not to drive it every day, gas can get exspensive. No drivability problems at all. Drives like a factroy turbo vehicle.

12.8@118 on first and only run at the track due to badly slipping clutch.

Yes, stock short block for now. I am not going to spray more than a 100 shot on it, but got one on the stand to build that will be able to handle 200.

May I just say that is one sweet ride. Allmost 100% stock from the outside. Probably a mean sleeper. Bet the exhaust note is pretty knarly though. If you dont mind me asking, what are some of the specs on that dude? Shot size? Carb CFM? Cubic inches? Exhaust?
Allthough.... Packin horsepower like that, I would tell a thing
