twin turbos. looking for at least 16 gauge. for example, Headman has a set of weld-together Hustler headers but its only 18 gauge.. 1 3/4"

you are right on with the 16 gauge, thats what i use on all my turbo projects (two down as of now) and they have worked very well. if you want me to design a set of headers for you i could then you can just go on summitracing.com and get the u bends needed and the flanges as well. Thats what i end up doing usually, plus i need to design a set for myself for my latest project. What size turbos you looking to use? T3? T4? mitsu? Are they going to be internal or external wastegates?

well simply put you will need to get the flanges before anything, or atleast the port diameters. match those port diameters to your piping ID. then for each manifold you are going to need atleast 4 (but i would get 5 just incase) of those j-bends. Its hard to really give you a totally accurate list with out a design. also if you plan to use a t4 you may have to make a box collector, for this you will need 16-gauge sheet metal which you can get at most hardware stores. btw its a good idea to get they thickest flanges you can find (3/8" and above) because turbos increase heat retention by alot and cause warping. also if you want to ceramic coat them for dirt cheap summit has this stuff called turbo X and i have had nothing but luck with it.
oh and i don't mean to put you down but i have heard some really nasty stories about those master power turbos..... let me know how they go cause if they work for you then i might just get a set because they are dirt cheap.....

thanks, that is some very good info!!! I'll check out the turbo-x stuff also.
I havent heard any bad stories about Master Power turbos..now SSAAutochrome..I've heard real bad about their "turbos". Alot of folks on turbomustangs.com run mp turbos.. mine I purchased from Pro-Turbo Kits here in San Antonio...they look good so far..
I forget the guys s/n but he is here on Thirdgen.org and has a almost identical engine setup like mine, exact same turbos, just different heads, running mp turbos puttin 750rwhp out back on either 7 or 8# boost.
BTW, your website isnt working.
