Nice results from a 100 shot!

I have a very stock 87 Formula 350 which has ran 14.70 -- 14.90's @ 94-95 mph. with the usual traction problems. My 60 ft times with stock type tires are usually around 2.0--2.1. The only mods are a cat back exhaust system.

I installed my NOS 5151 kit not long ago and just using the 100 shot pills and a low 875psi at the No2 guage (no bottle heater yet) I ran a 13.67 @107.9 mph. --Obviously that was traction limited performance.

Very happy with the results. --Dan

Very nice!!!! Similar to me only you ran better!! With 100 pills I went from a 2.0-2.1 60' and a 14.9-15.1 1/4 at 89 to a 1.8-1.9 60' and a 13.82 at 99mph in the 1/4. Congrats again on the numbers!!!

tragicpark,

I'm pretty sure Formulas are quite a bit lighter than a GTA, plus I have like no options either. So the diff in gains is probably weight related. ---Or NOS gave me some mis-marked pills!

Mike,

I agree 107 is all someone needs to run 12's. In fact I use to run 12.5's in another car at 108mph.

I'm getting ready to do heads/Cam/Inake/Exhaust so with the Nitrous I'm hoping for very low 12s--high 11s.

i went 13.03 @103, so 107 could probably net more like a 12.6-7 with a great launch and traction...60's would be in the 1.5-6 range though to get there from here.

I agree about the weight, and I don't have the L98 but that's a different story!! Anywho, those numbers are very impressive and sounds like its got more in it. What does your h/c/i swap consist of?

Very nice. Slap some slicks on and hit mid 12's.

i have a 117 dry shot And sprayed from about the 1/8th mile on cuz i was purging it down the track (full throttle switch n first run on stret tires and bottle just installed) and i ran a 14.19 at 101..i plan on goin to the track now that i have mickey DR's on it and spray fully fown the track...didnt geta second run with a full shot cuz i raced a supercharged stang that gave me 5 and the hit ( i won) but that was the last race i could get in so no new times yet...i'll keep u posted, might even throw the 140 shot in to see how it does as well.

My best with a 100 shot is 13.081 @ 107 with a poor 2.1 60' and MT Drag radials. not sure if I need a bigger stall or gears or both to help me get out of the hole. But the 5800' elevation dosen't help either. nice times man. My previous best was 14.33@96 When does everyone else activate their systems? mine is 3000rpm window switch. Gonna try a little biger shot this weekend just to see what it'll do.

My car goes from 12.30@109..1.8 60' to 11.19@119...1.58 60' on a 100 shot. spraying it right from the hole. Must be the 3.07 gears. I'm going to try and tune in a high 10 sec pass on a 100 shot.
