Well, got a price for single turbo for my car.

I called ******* Custom tube they gave me a price for single turbo setup.down tube and connection to my intercooler,Around $3000.Thats pretty good considering he will be using 321 stainless steel and making me all new headers out of 321 ss.Seems Preston has gone with an aftermarket crossmember for more room around the pipes.I think I am going to do it.What do you guys think?Anyone interested in a D1SC head unit and bracket, with 12 rib pully setup?

I'm VERY interested...I'm assuming you're keeping the intercooler though, right? If so, how much is the intercooler and plumbing if I buy it from ATI? Also, how many miles on the blower? What else will you include? (like FMU, etc) Thanks for any info.

Guido, why the solid mounts? Don't you think they'll be a little unforgiving?

Yeah well my car is pretty much a race car at this point anyway. I drive it on the street but not as much as I race it and I dont mind the compromises.

Approx. how much weight does that K-member save over stock?

I think the k-member saves 40 pounds over stock. You can reuse the stock springs and control arms if you like, or you can have it made for coil overs.

Well talked to William today. And He is a great guy to say the least.I am going to do it.He had some pretty sick cars there he was installing turbos on.I am getting a set of custom made headers out of 321 stainless steel, all the piping to hook up the turbo, the down pipe and intercooler tubing all 321 stainless steel. For right around $3000,and 3 weeks time for the job.I just gotta buy the turbo.I was looking at the T64E,Just dont know if this is right for me.Im not going over kill, and want very quick spoolup on the street.I would very much like to get the T76,Preston is runnning this one with the ball bearings,But I am not going to run the mega boost #s he is aiming for.I have to talk to my builder about my cam, dont know if what I have now is good for what I am doing.Only thing is I have to get the K member like Guidos,William said he wont do it on a stock k member car again because it is a big PITA,no room.Any comments on Cams?Turbos?I called PA racing and talked with Jason, great guy.I am going with the manual rack to so all my AGR stuff is for sale,if anyone is interested.Guido, you live near Precision? So the D1SC Head unit, and bracket, pullies are officially for sale. This turbo stuff is great,I might have spoke too soon on the subject.

Yes Precision is about 3 hours drive for me.

PA Racing is about 45 minutes drive.

Good decision!
