Re: tbi with a turbo ?

you need to swap out ECU and MAP sensor and increase fueling and obtain a WB02 with controller and learn how to tune bigtime. other than that it is quite simple.

i got a wideband i'm gonna use mega squirt to tune with . this ain't my first turbo project jus not sure about using the tbi . i know to use a carb you have to have a blow thru carb i was wondering if the you need anything special done to the tbi aside from the abvious fuel system upgrades ( regulater with the 1-1 an an bigger injecters } i guess my main question is can the tbi stand the forced air without leaking ?

Re: tbi with a turbo ?

Procharger has marketed TBI blowers for years. Turbo should be no different. May see some leakage at the shaft bushings. no big deal.

Check out Aeromotive for the reg # 13301? 1-20 lbs fp spring and another spring 20-60 lbs. vac/boost referenced.
