throttle body spacer

This seems like an odd question, especially since this section seems to be dedicated to v8's but I am going to ask anyway. I have a 91 firebird v6 that I have been building the motor up in (first car, love it, don't make enough money to get a trans am). This far I have put a stroked crank in it, .040 cylinders with high comp. Pistons, forged rods, ported heads with hardened valve seats etc., bigger cam, etc. The reason why all of this has been done is the motor that came with the car crapped out and I decided that I would put the motor I wanted in it. I am wondering if anyone knows if anyone makes a throttle body spacer for the 3.1 v6 and if it would make much of a difference? I figured it would probably help since this summer I am outing a ram air intake on the car.

Re: throttle body spacer

ive put throttle body spacers on a few tbi v-8s and never felt any difference. maybe it would have shown a minor gain on a dyno or timeslip? id put money into a good exhaust first. or an AFPR,...crank it up.

sounds like a cool build!
