When I try to place an ad in the new classified section it doesnt place the ad. It just goes back to the section after I click on submit ad.

Can anyone help?

I'm pretty sure that you need to be signed in in order to post anything to the classified section. Have you checked to make sure you are signed in?

I can place an add at all. I login and still can't place an add. Am I missing something? I can look at the classifieds but it says I am not logged in. I log in and it still says I am not logged in.

Try this:

Delete all of the cookies that are on your computer. Then, log back on to the classifieds and see if you can post.

If you use IE, you can delete your cookies by clicking on TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS and then clicking on the DELETE COOKIES button. Netscape should have a similar function as well.

Let me know if that helps you at all. If it does NOT help, let me know what browser and version of that browser you are running. Cookie corruption is a fairly common problem.

OK. Good to User CP. Edit Options. Make sure that the Browse Board With Cookies is Check off as yes. This should take care of the problem. Let me know if that helps. I had this same problem and Dirk got me straightened out.
