Membership Advancement Question
How do you get promoted from member to junior member to senior member? How do I get my advancement merit badges? Or is it based on member age?

I don't know what you were talking about with "merit badges". All you get is it says "Senior Member" under your name.

I think it's also dependent on time. I've seen a senior member with less than 50 posts.
I think that you increase in "rank" after X posts, or X months, whichever the sooner.
Don't know the value of the X though!

i know some board software packages allow for custom user titles. i do know that 3rdgen.org has custom user titles.
however, i don't see it happening here, as the naming could possibly get out of control.
still could be a neat idea though. mine would read "some guy"
