In USER CP > EDIT OPTIONS do you have "Show user's signatures in their posts?" set to YES?

It looks set from here, as Dirk mentioned. When you reply to a post, underneath the Your Reply text area, the bottom option is "Show Signature". Make sure you have a check mark in that box whenever you reply, or your signature won't be used for that reply/post. You must not have done so for your last reply, above.

Yes, unless you set your User Cp to do it for you everytime.

Hmmph, I thought we used to have that. Maybe I'm thinking of another site. Oh well, yes you have to click it each time.
IROCZTWENTYGR8,
If you want this default to ON (like the Private Message system uses)
1) go into your Admin section
2) go to the Templates section and click on Modify
3) Click on Expand next to the Theme you use
4) Find New Posting Templates selection and click the Expand next to it
5) Find newreply and click the Edit
6) Almost 3/4 down the box find the following:
<input type="checkbox" name="signature" value="yes" $signaturechecked> Show Signature: include your profile signature. Only registered users may have signatures.
Make sure it looks like the above. That will automatically default to signatures ON without the user having to select the box each time they reply.
You will need to do the same for "newthread" as well.

But it was never an individual option of default On or default Off, or option in the user CP, if i am not mistaken. That's why i mentioned the Admins would have to adjust that
That does make sense since it's default to ON normally, and your Private Message section currently still is set to default ON.
