"it" is gorgeous. I'm in love with that yellow and looks like you have two of them in it!

 

Cleaned up a bit, a header checkvalve was broken and had leaked exhaust carbon all over. Everything was covered in black nasty stuff.

Steering box out and cleaned up
Cleaned up, painted and semi detailed. The black over spray looking stuff is factory undercoating from when it was applied in the wheelwells. Not sure how it got there but i have seen it on almost all the cars I've seen



Working on caliper/rotor fitment incase I had to make the caliper bracket and rotor hub/bell. These parts are from a 4thgen F-body kit.I lucked out and found an original set of Brembos for the 3rdgens that SLP made

That is a good looking caliper. I also like the body colored inserts in the wheels. I have always wanted to paint my Ronals like the Firehawks

Nope,its a GM Dana 44. Supposedly ran some test laps (to make sure it was ok) for a certain firehawk race team and then was set aside as a backup.

T5 vs F-body ZF trans bellhousing and TTA trans crossmember. <br/>I didn't have a corvette bellhousing at the time to compare.

 

I assume you sourced a consol for this and was the throttle bracket for manual different, I've seen the auto but not the manual one.

 

. Throttle bracket is the same for each. The cruise control and auto bracket (mounted to side plenum) was a later SLP addition.

I would potentially be interested in some of those cap "jewels" if you have more made, or want to part with those. I got some last run R15s and the center caps just say "Ronal", very boring.

 

I wish i had the energy to put into my car like you do for yours. Looks like a great build already. Future COTM right there lol
