hmm
very easy
it comes with a swap wheel option
you press WHICH WHEEL YOU WANT?
and you enter the wheel model
and automatically does it all for you.
Download it.

I've heard of "elements", and as far as I know, it's just a watered down version of Photoshop. I don't know what it's capable of.
...I'm pretty sure Sammy was kidding about the wheel option.
...however I have heard of software like what 83Firebird is talking about, but it doesn't let you use your photo. It has its own photos in a database.
I use Photoshop 7. It's illegal to download it.
Is it easy? Sure, if you know how to use it.

To clear the air here:
There is no swap wheel option in any retail program. Photoshop Elements is an excellent program to buy in this case, as it is capable, easy to learn if you read the help file, and far less expensive and complicated than the full Photoshop CS program. There are a few posts here on how to use Photoshop to change your wheels.
As for Zepher using Notepad to swap wheels... yes, he really is that good.
And if anyone gets their hands on 83Firebird420's program, be sure to let me know.
