I have never heard anything bad about Kenny Brown's SFCs. They are supposedly some of the best made. Too bad the price went up; used to be $229. I was going to go with KB's but looked at the design of them and they do not seem to be any better than Spohn's new ones, so I'll probably be giving my business to him. I'm sure some others with KB's SFCs will reply. Bottom line: as long as you have a nice set you won't have any problems.

I have the KB SFC on my 85 IROC.

I have had no problems with fit. There is plenty of clearance around the exhaust on my car. The only part of the SFC that comes close to the exhaust is the part that connects the "side tubing" to the front subframe on the car. This part is square tubing that bends up away from the exhaust. In fact it is almost touching the floor of the passenger side of the car for most of it's length. I have never heard any rattle from the exhaust touching the tubing.

You will have to remove the cat to route the SFC over top of the exhaust to install it. On my car it was easy because the cat has 4 bolt flanges at each end. The cat is the only part ot the exhaust that has to be lowered for the installation.

Dan,
I do not know about fit on the dual cat cars but on my car there is a lot of clearance as I said earlier. I wouldn't expect there would be any trouble. I would call Kenny Brown. If they say there SFCs will clear the dual cat exhaust, I'm sure they will.
