Lower control arm swap, now wheel hop....?

I have had Hotchkis lower arms on my car for a while now, no wheel hop. Tonight I put in my new lower arms that have spherical bearings in each end, then took it out for a spin... I noticed some slight wheel hop , after spinning about 20 feet, then it hopped for about 3-4 foot (went back and checked the street). This makes no sense to me... Any ideas? I have lower relocation brackets already, drag radials, etc...

Starnge.

Here are some pictures of the bars...

Seems to me that the arms with bearings should be better than those with bushings for traction, maybe I am wrong.

Here is the Hotchkis bushing...

If theres one thing I cant figure out its wheel hop. I modified my suspension with lakewood LCAs about a year ago and at the time had an open rear end, no wheel before, none after. Back in december I went to a locker rear, with 16" wheels and tires I had some hop, not much. I put my 17" summer wheels on and got tons of teeth chattering wheel hop. So I got some LCA brackets, even with the LCAs on the lowest setting I still have hop.

I forgot to add... I also installed a set of new Bilstien rear shocks about a month or so back, the old shocks were far past thier due date Anyways... What gives? My wheel hop was not terrible, but it should not be there at all.

i'm just throwing out an idea....but how about a new torque arm mount....maybe a poly one? i'm just guessing here.....sounds like the rear of the car is pretty well taken care of.

I have an Energy Suspension torque arm mount... I am looking at a new torque arm next I think, that is about the only thing I have yet to replace.

Ok, I got a dumb question.... when you get bigger rims, you get lower profile tires....

Lower profile tires means your contact surface is not as good...

lower profile is better for cornering but I imagine it would be worse for takeoff, wheel hop. You basically end up with less traction due to less flex in the tires...

This addresses Frik92RS's post not RU-QWIK....

Freedom of movement- You are not getting bind in your pivot points like you were with poly bushings. That extra bind acts as spring tension and dampener all in one. Stiffer springs and solid mount torque arm will help you-I've seen pics your motor and if it runs anything like it looks then you are putting down some serious power and need to harness it better.
