Mean rattle in the rear
Ok guys I know everyone has rattles but this one is driving me off a cliff. It sounds like it is comming from the rear wheel well on the passenger side and it sounds like straight metal on metal. I checked EVERY bolt i could find to see if it was loose and took off the caliper and all but that seemed fine. I was wondering if it could be something inside the rear? Any suggestions pleaaaseee maybe i'll throw in some money...maybe

It doesn't seem to be. This rattle sounds like there is a piece of metal hanging on the side of the car just dangling. Mean sound.
I'll be back later if you have any other solutions

What do you mean in the shock tower? How is the easiest way to get to the gas tank strap bolts. Oh and also do you guys think it could be something in the rear?

check the LCA and sway bar bushings. You might have a loose or broken bushing.
Does it sound like a box of loose tools in the rear, or just a piece of metal rattling?

It's whenever it gets the chance to rattle. I mean sometimes its not as bad as other times but for the most part it is whenever there is a lot of vibration. My sway bar bushings aren't in the best condition could that be the problem?
