Boxed lower control arms should help. The stock control arm is a "U"-channel; the bottom part is open. This allows the arm to flex. If you buy boxed ones, like these http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...41&prmenbr=361 , that'll help the wheelhop. You could also weld a plate over the open end of the U-channel on your stock arms, and put polyurethane bushings into the stock ones, but most people prefer just to buy ones already made.

Doing something to the LCAs will help it, maybe; but LCA relocation brackets will cure it. Get a weld-in set.
I'd suggest a set of aftermarket LCAs. THey're so cheap it's hardly worth fooling around with a bunch of welding or trying to change the bushings without wating them. I have the Lakewoods, they work great.
I have the Spohn reloc brackets BTW. They were the single biggest hookup improvement to my car, by far. I put in the LCAs first, they helped the hop a little; then I put in a Spohn torque aarm, that helped a little, but mostly it just tightened everything up immensely; then I put in the brackets. That's what I should have done first.

Don't forget about the little things.
While the above mentioned parts will greatly improve traction, I noticed a decent improvement in traction just by changing my shocks. I didn't expect any improvements except for handling, but was pleasantly surprised. Might as well change yours if they are bad.
Only cost me about $50 and a couple hours.

One thing on the rear LCAs. They all have some sort of bolt in brace at the "top" of the U don't they?
Also, I agree with brett_sc. New shocks will make a world of difference. If your springs are original, you might want to do those too. I'm getting Tokico shocks all around and Suspension Techniques springs.

At the top of the page there is a large banner ad. First become familiar with the mouse. That is the little white thing next to your keyboard. Then hold it in whichever hand you feel most comfortable (Remember go slow we don't want to miss any steps here). Next locate the little arrow that is somewhere on your screen. Then move the mouse so that the arrow is on the banner ad. When all that is done you click on the left button of your mouse and you will be taken to the spohn website. Good luck with the rest.
