Ok i found out they are the Lakewood Lift Bars:

Does anyone run these? if so are they more benifical then just a set of regular spohn lower control arms?

The car is a street/strip car and i really want it too just bite right off the bat. Also would you recomend upgrading the panhard bar with these or would the stock one be ok for a while?

Id suggest spending your money on a torque arm, outside slicks its the best investment for traction.

Hmm - I've been lurking (for the most part) for a few weeks, and reading lots of the old stuff. I have NOT seen these talked about before, though. They remind me of some Cal-Tracs that I was considering for my 68 Firebird.

Have you heard anything more about them? Is anyone running these currently? Do they clearly add any significant performance?

They're not too terribly expensive, especially if you're considering replacing the stock control arms anyways.

I find myself quite tempted...

Never mind. Did some more looking, and they are NOT that much like Cal-trac's. Also, not too many positive comments - seems like they like to break. Will stick with regular lca's!

actually I bought them anyway, I'm still waiting to put them on, if they break I'll replace the adjusters with tube stock, and if the brackets go I still have some decent control arms, and then will winvest in the lca relocation brackets
