which sfc???
Which subframe connector is best used on third gens?
I have a buddy that has mac subframe connectors, And he has a really big problem with clearance issues. I would like something that will have alot of ground clearance so that in the future i can lower my car and still be abil to go over a speed bump well.
I dont mined the price to much, please get back to me asap.

The Spohns I got fit up higher than the exhaust.
Weld-in are typically considered superior to bolt-in.

spohns here. Welded in quite easly (except that brace around the cat). Doors open and closed easier. Noticed less body flex.
From my readings, if you plan to drag it, get boxed. Daily use/auto-x, you want round.

I got a set of Alston's and love them. East to install, and just look stronger than most I have seen.
And, Alston is GREAT if you have any questions...great tech support....
