im so confused on where its comin from
ive ben thinking i had a bent axel for about a week. but after feeling where the whoobling is coming from, i know for sure the car needs a major wheel alignment. now heres the thing, the car has a whooble to it that i now think is coming from the front driverside. the first time i went to get an alignment the dude told me the balljoints were done. i ignored it cause at the time i didnt know about my car. now the last time i went the dude said somthing i didnt understand about the alignment because he didnt speak english well. to describe more about what the car is doing, it feels like the left front is hiting tiny pot holes in the street and is whooped. what all could this be? balljoints? tires are all balanced.

Could easily be a separated tire (very very likely) or a bent wheel (not as likely but still a possibility).
Swap the wheels & tires from side to side and see if the problem moves.
Try another tire on that wheel, any tire at all, even a junk one, as long as it's not separated; see if it fixes it.

If it's a constant wobble, something is bent enough to see visually. Jack the car up and spin each front wheel by hand while looking at it dead on from the front.

while you got it jacked up, check wheel bearing and ball joint by grabbin the tire at the top an bottom and push 'n pull to see if there is any play

Separated = where the belts have come apart from each other
Usually happens as a result of a puncture, even if it didn't go all the way through and cause a leak, or as a result of an improper repair (plugging with a string); or an impact such as hitting a pothole or curb or other road hazard; or just yerbasic tire mfg defect.
You can usually spot it as a lump in the tread. Run your hands around the tread; if it feels like there's a lump, then your tire is farkled, and you need to replace it to cure it; even if the tread is brand new.
