Any aftermarket lowering spring will suffice. You only need to get fancy with springs rates when you are serious abour racing and building a "track car".

You have to figure out whats best. That is based on numerous factors. Weight, style of track, etc etc. No one can tell you whats best. I really don't think you will see to much of a difference between one spring and another. Now, when you get more power and play with the roll center of the car and such it will make a difference.

I agree completely with this statement. I personally put three different combos into my Camaro the first year I owned it until I found the comfort and performance I was looking for. Anyone that rides in my car tend to think it is "racecar" stiff- but most would think a stock Camaro is on the stiffer side compared to a Toyota Avalon or such. To give comparison, my car is very noticibly stiffer than a new Vette. The reason I am giving these examples it to emphisize different opinions as to what "stiff" is. If you have to drive a grandmother to the doctors office once a week, then you'd better err on the cautious side. Also, it really depends on what profile tires you run. I just psoted on another question recently as to why I choose to stay with 50 series 16" rims in stead of running 17's or 18's. This will enhance a bone jarring ride even with stock WS6 springs becasue the geometry of the suspension was taylored to 50 series tires.
