spohn torque arm doesnt fit
i was very supprised to find that it would not fit for me. the crossmember fits great but were the arm connects to the rear, it wont fit. i cant get it so slip on. it really sucks. i cant even get it started on the rear. has anyone else had this problem. im going to try some more tommorrow( i ran out of time today). i think im going to take apart the torque arm and try putting just the mount on the rear and see what happens. condsidering the price i would expect it slide rite on. this is the first time spohn has dissapointed me

It's a tight fit and the powder coating makes it tougher. I slid it into a jack (one side on the lift point, other side under the jack) and jacked it up just a hair to spread them out.

ouch ! For the price I woudl think it should slip on like a glove .
You think prying it apart is a good idea? Since thats the same part that gets stressed alot ?

I had to do the same to mine. Its a definately an awesome product though; I'd recommend Spohn parts to anyone.

it fits snug no doubt about that, i used a dead blow and got it on. it has to fit tight or i would assume it might clunk in the rear with any gap.
i dont like i grinded anything, but i used some grease / some motor oil to help sldi it on, i thinked i banged it on and it took quite some time.

dont get me wrong, i love the product and i would never talk **** about spohn. i love his products and majority of my suspension is made by spohn. everything that i got from him fit like a factory part. so when this part didnt fit i got alittle worried. i guess its like someone else said, the jig must not compensate for the powder coating. needless to say everything fits now and im very happy with the product and i will still continue to due business with spohn.

It was more than just thick powdercoating screwing mine up to not fit over. The 2 plates were narrower at the far open end than where it's welded by quite a bit. Had to put it in the press to open the sucker up plus still pound it on.
