Wonderbar
I Recently put a steering brace on my maro from TDS, the "wonderbar" , and one of the bolts on the passenger side didnt line up right so i had to leave it off, it works fine without the bolt no squeaking or vibration or anything just wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

Did you tighten the bolts on other side completely before you tried installing the bolt on that side? That can make it so you have no play to work with. Then try lifting it with all the weight on the suspension, not the chassis. Either way leaving that one bolt off is unsafe and you might regret not putting it in.

It would depend on which bolt he left out. I'm going to guess it was one of the outer two bolts, since they have a tighter hole compared to the slots for the two bolts that secure the sway bar mounting brackets. If that is the case, then leaving out one of those bolts, while not ideal, would be no different than if he were using one of the other aftermarket versions which lack that extra mounting bolt location. If it were me I'd loosen it again and see if you can move it enough to get that bolt to engage. You could slot the holes slightly on both sides of the brace if you need a little extra movement to fit that bolt.

I also got a TDS wonderbar on my car...Lined up perfectly...If so many people had them line up well, I would maybe be concerned about the frame on the car...Maybe a side got tweeked just a smidge. Do you know of any minor accidents with the car?

I had the same problem that you did (with the passenger side bolt not lining up). I loosened the driver side bolts a bit and just kept trying to that that bolt in...eventuyally i did but it was a PITA. If all else fails, try removing all the bolts and get that one in first... (Did you notice that there are 4 bolts on the passenger side but only 3 on the driver side?)

"Whats PITA?"
If i saw that (PITA) a few months ago, I wouldn't have know what it meant, but i found out since then that it stands for "Pain in the ***."

i DID have problems with my passenger side outter bolt going in. I was in a rush and didnt put it in...My driver side went in. On my gf's car all bolts went in smoothly.
We both have TDS wonderbars...I havent got around to getting that last bolt in either its an extra one anyway...
im curious about my frame though.

Does flipping the bar over make a difference? I think I remember looking at mine and it didn't look like it would go, then I flipped it over and everything lined up perfectly. Anyways, I had no problems with my TDS bar either.

My WB went on o.k. It was the darn new stabilizer bar brackets that I had to fiddle with. I ended up having to bore one of the bolt holes out on the R side bracket so that the bolt would line up with the chassis. No big deal though....
